QWICKHOSE GUARANTEE POLICY

Overview
We want you to have total confidence when buying from Qwickhose. That’s why all products manufactured and supplied by Rivendale Products Ltd are backed by our 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects.
This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from qwickhose.co.uk, by the original purchaser, and is non-transferable.
Guarantee Duration
Your product is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery. Please retain your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase, which will be required for any guarantee claim.
What’s Covered
We guarantee that our products will be free from manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. If a fault arises, please contact us within 30 days of the issue first occurring.
If we’re unable to resolve the problem remotely (e.g. via photo or video diagnosis), we may ask for the item to be returned for inspection. If found to be faulty, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
This guarantee does not apply to:
– Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidental impact (e.g. being dropped, dragged, or crushed)
– Products used in ways not intended or beyond expected domestic use
– Damage caused by frost, freezing, or extreme weather
– Perishable parts such as O-rings or washers, where failure is due to expected wear and tear
– Any product that has been modified or repaired by someone not authorised by Qwickhose
– Trade or commercial use (unless agreed otherwise in writing)
Return Postage
If the product is confirmed as faulty under guarantee, we’ll cover the cost of return postage. Returned items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
Replacements
Where an identical product is no longer available, we’ll offer the closest available equivalent. Any replacement item provided will be covered for the remainder of the original 12-month guarantee period.
Refunds
Where a refund is offered, it will be made to the original payment method. We aim to resolve valid guarantee claims as quickly as possible.
Your Statutory Rights
This guarantee is provided in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other relevant UK legislation. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.

– Your order number or proof of purchase
– A description of the issue
– Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

If the fault is not resolved, at our discretion we will either refund the purchase price or offer you a replacement. This shall constitute our sole obligation under this guarantee.
If a claim is made under the guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture Rivendale Products Ltd reserve the right to charge the customer for any replacement parts.
The benefit of the guarantee cannot be transferred to a third party and does not apply to products acquired second hand.
